CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

You may cancel your order by contacting us on order@sushiday.co.nz or 09) 441 2111 by 9am on the day of delivery.

Refund

Refunds will only be given if you send us your cancellation request as per the cancellation policy above.

If we approve your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card which payment was made from within 5 working days.

Account Funds Refund

If you wish to withdraw the balance of your “Account Funds”, please email us at order@sushiday.co.nz with your account details. Please allow 5 working days for processing your refund. We will only accept a full balance refund on your “Account Funds” (No partial balance will be accepted).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
